So, our new exercise bike thing... I've decided I'm going to try and do half an hour/10 miles/~350 calories a day (whichever comes last); that way, I burn about a day and a half's worth of calories a week, which sounds good to me. I've done it the last three days and I've tried different programs. Found one today which I think I'll continue with. In half an hour, I did 11 miles and 440 calories, and I was not feeling it at all, so hopefully, I could do even more on a good day. Now Mama just has to stop buying nice biscuits so it's not useless.
