Example: New model Gibson LP Standard - $2700

Now tell me they didn't go cheap buying Epiphones.

Hahah Richard, I didn't notice that. I also wondered why they're still using Marshall and not Mesa Boogie *brags*. Also, 90% of bands know that the JCM900 is way more versatile than the JCM800, so what the fuck (the ones who are still using Marshall). And I'm not saying Marshall sucks, but I would expect a band that sells millions of records to have better equipment, that's all.

And it's not that they like Epiphones more than Gibson.
Gibson = handmade
Epiphone = machine made, for the most part

And for those of you who don't know, Gibson makes Epiphones but they don't call them Gibson's because it would lower their prestige.
