Sorry, but school's getting a lot more complicated than I expected (see Asian thread, you'll see me harping on about it) Chapter 66 “Gerard?” “Yeah?” “I’m hungry.” Gerard chuckled at Louisa's growling stomach. It was 9 AM, and they’d been lying awake for the past eight hours, talking about nothing in general. “Don’t laugh,” Louisa sulked. “I’m hungry.” Gerard smiled and pushed himself off the bed. “Fine. Get dressed, and then we’ll go get something.” “Get dressed in what?” Louisa retorted. “Oh, yeah,” Gerard regarded her less than dressed state guiltily. “How about I go out and buy you some stuff to wear?” Louisa shrugged. “Sure. But don’t buy anything pink.” Gerard nodded. “Okay.” He withdrew a tape measure from his pocket. “Now I need to know your measurement thingies, whatever those are. Julia said something before about having to know measurements before buying clothes.” Earlier she may have castrated him for asking such a question, but she had learned in the past eight hours that Gerard often asked very uncomfortable questions without knowing it. He meant well, really. “Um, why don’t I just write them down?” Louisa suggested slowly, not wanting to know why Gerard had measuring tape in his pocket. “Okay,” Gerard agreed. He fished a crumpled piece of paper and a pen out of his pocket. “Here.” Louisa raised an eyebrow at him but said nothing. She wrote a few numbers down on the paper quickly and handed it to Gerard. Gerard squinted at the paper, a confused expression on his face. “What a 36C?” he asked. “Erm… well, why don’t you just show that to the lady and she’ll figure it out for you?” Louisa blushed. “Um, okay.” Gerard said, stuffing the paper and pen back into his pocket. “I’ll get going now.” Gerard shuffled out of the room, leaving Louisa alone in the room. She shook her head, smiling. It was amazing how she could finally see the resemblance between Gerard and Mikey.
