i wouldnt say id be dead but id be pretty dead inside
and id probably be chucked out of college by now
its because i used to be heavily depressed and i had nothing to look forward to or be a part of and MCR was exactly what i needed and they were there just in time i found out about the fans and everything and as it built i started living properly and when i read the fan-fics its sounds silly but i tried writing myself and it made me feel free from all the other stuff going on in my life and i could be happy doing that and this made me realise i wanted to be a writer and took up english a levels and bingo i have a future ahead of me and the black parade always have friends who understand one another and i will always thank the band for giving me that hope when everything else was dead =)

If it wasn't for My Chem, I wouldn't be any emo wreck or something. I'd never be anyway. But I would have been bored and weak. And I wouldn't have got so many own thoughts and opinions like I have now. Maybe I wouldn't be strong enough? Dunno. But MCR makes me wanna be who I am and become what I want, not what I think other people want me to be.

If I'd never heard them before, I don't know, before them, sure, I loved Linkin Park and Blink 182, but MCR were the reason I died my hair black and started to wear drainpipes. They were the reason I really got into music. I owe them a shitload.
So, if they hadn't existed, who knows? Maybe another band would've gotten me into rock, or maybe I'd be a chav. Kinda funny to think how different I'd be actually.
