Banner Contest
Make a banner 400x150, I'll choose the best one and *thinks of prize*, you get nothing muahah. I haven't gotten paid yet but there will be contests in the future involving money or prizes. But if you're not VIP and you win, you become VIP. You can also get a spot on our top 8.
Specs: -400x150 -must include theblackparade.net on it. -it'd be cool if you can animate it, but it's not necessary. -stick with the main site colors, but you can experiment of course. Um, I think that's it. It's gonna be used to promote this site. If I don't like any of them, I won't be nice and pick the best one. There will simply not be a winner. But try your best.
