You guys are my heroes. I can't afford paint shop either but I really want it darn it. Limewire is a good idea, I got that! and those links are good. Thanks guys! :D

I'd recommend GIMP. It's as powerful as Photoshop, but free.
Many many professional graphic design companies use it. =D
