Song 2
Has anyone else heard the MyChem cover of 'Song 2' by Blur?
Seriously, it's probably the worst cover I've ever heard.
What the fuck were they thinking. :|

They were thinking they're actually good.
Which is a major mistake.
They should leave Brit-pop alone.
Foolish bastards.

i've heard it.
i like it, but Blur does it better.
but it probably wasn't meant to be released anyway, like basement demos
and now that they're beyond cover songs we will never know if they could have done better
i enjoyed Under Pressure though

It wasn't a demo, they just sang it for Radio 1 Live Lounge when Radio 1 basically get someone to pick a song to cover and they sing it on the radio. It's because Radio 1 decided to release a CD with all of them on that it's got 'out there.' Of course it's not going to be as good as Blur becasue Blur are just amazing BUT I think they did a good job since it was a cover and they don't have much time to practice. Radio 1 basically ask them the day before they go on air with it. Kudos for them for making the effort.
