mods arn't strict enough - The Black Parade

I searched and couldn't find an appropriate thread for this so i made this one. I think you mods are to hesitant to issue bans. A lot of the places I spend time at issue bans even for stupid posts. It's the only thing that saves them from dying from all the bad content.

^Ban this person. They are a spammer. Someone has already gotten a virus from a link they posted.

EDIT: And you're saying this because you weren't banned for screwing with people just to get a laugh? DUH. You probably weren't banned because you were given a second chance not to be an asshole. Why don't you try it out? Could be fun.

That's exactly why I'm saying this. I just realized that this account isn't baned even after the trolling I did with it.

Keep in mind, we only have TWO active moderators right now, both of whom are in school (one of whom is away for a few weeks)
So honestly, two people moderating this huge place, obviously, some things are going to get by unnoticed.
I highly doubt either of them saw what you posted before, which is why you weren't banned.
If you WANT to be banned, I can gladly see that that's taken care of.

Actually the thread where I trolled was locked and someone else edited my post. I'm gonna take a guess that regular users can't do that so it had to have been noticed by a mod. Despite how hard I would laugh at seeing this account get banned now because I'm trying to start a civil conversation I'm not asking to get banned. I'm pointing out the problems I foresee arising from such lenient moderation. I can't help but take pity.

As far as not being an asshole goes. does this count?

Well, actually, I locked your thread and edited your post.
The time that that happened, both of the mods were sleeping, as they're in a far different time zone.
I have permission from on of the mods to take care of things like that with her account.
I would've banned you at the time, had I known how.

And as I've said, we're short on moderators right now, and on a site this big, they're obviously not going to catch everything that happens here.

You're wasting our time. Honestly, this is the best, cleanest, and most organized forum I've been to (with this many people, that is). Banning 'stupid' people because they feel like it is just rude and immoral.

Aren't you the one that posted the link to the site that gave everyone the viruses? Hmm?

And just because someone doesn't like someone else's post doesn't give anyone the right to ban them.

If that were possible, a lot of people wouldn't be here.
